And I sez:

Eric's lunch wagon is sort of an oasis between the Kaneohe town and country areas past Kahaluu. Located on a dirt parking area near a Texaco mini-mart, this little lunch wagon serves both tourists (no doubt on their way to or from the beach or the Cultural Center in Laie) and service workers who are working in the area that day (Like this appraiser). I've had their fried chicken which was a little dry and their mahimahi, which was very tasty. The mahimahi is served in chunks with a delightful sauce that helped to keep the fish moist. They give a combination mac salad and greens to make the meal complete. Quite generous in their servings. For most people you will not go away famished.

Food: 1/2 (plate lunch)

Service: Typical for lunch wagons, fast and efficient!

Atmosphere: Lunch wagons don't really have "atmosphere".

Value: You won't go away hungry.
