1. I must be a member of the Mililani Baptist Church in order to participate in the CONTEMPORARY CHRISTIAN MUSIC CD Club.

2. I may check out one CONTEMPORARY CHRISTIAN MUSIC CD per week.

3. The CD must be checked out and returned to the CONTEMPORARY CHRISTIAN MUSIC CD Club Librarian after S.W.A.T. (Student Worship And Training) on Sunday morning or before Worship Services on Sunday evenings.

4. The CD may be checked out for one week at a time.

5. If the CD is lost, damaged, or destroyed while it is checked out to me, I promise to buy a new one for the CONTEMPORARY CHRISTIAN MUSIC CD Club.

6. The cost to join the CD club is free, (Unless, of course, if I violate guideline #7.)

7. If I do not return the CD after the week is up I surrender $1 per week I keep the CD. The money collected will go towards the purchase of new CD's for the CONTEMPORARY CHRISTIAN MUSIC CD club.

8. I also understand it is ILLEGAL to copy the checked out CD. I promise not to copy any CD belonging to the Mililani Baptist CONTEMPORARY CHRISTIAN MUSIC CD Club. I also know that God knows everything I do!

9. CD's are checked out on a first come first serve basis.
