Aloha! This tag is to try to increase
the possibility that the www search engines will pick up this page for
several words. The words Andrew has typed into this tag are hard
to read because Andrew Large doesn't really want everyone to read this
stuff. Howevver, feel free to discover what Jesus has done in Andrew's
life over the past years. Sorry if you insist on reading about
my life. You have been fore warned.
Andrew Large was born in Albuquerque,
New Mexico. Andrew attended Grant Jr. High School and Sandia High School.
Andrew during his senior year was the Student Body President of Sandia
High School. Andrew Large Graduated from Sandia High School in 1976. Andrew
was Òborn againÓ in 1970 when he gave his life totally to
Jesus as Lord and Savior. Ever since that day Jesus has been Andrew's boss.
Andrew Large went to Wayland Baptist University. While at Wayland Baptist
University Andrew majored in music and toured to Italy and Canada as well
as California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas. During each summer of Andrew's
college life he toured with the Continental Singers. In 1977 Andrew toured
and played the trumpet with the the Continental Singers all over the United
States and Canada. During the Summer of 1978 Andrew Traveled and played
the trumpet with the Continental Singers to Yugoslavia, Germany, Switzerland,
Austria, and Holland. During the 1979 tour Andrew , traveled and played
the trumpet on the south pacific tour to Hawaii, New Zealand, Australia,
Fiji, Western Samoa, & American Samoa. Andrew's last tour with the
Continental Singers he went to Israel and Greece as an assistant director.
After Andrew Graduated from Wayland Baptist University in 1881 he traveled
and played the trumpet with the Spurrlows and Festival of Praise. After
Andrew's traveling days were over he was called into the youth ministry
at the Tabernacle Baptist Church in Ennis, Texas. Andrew moved to Anchorage,
Alaska in 1993 to minister at the Faith Baptist Church as Minister to youth,
or Youth Minister and singles minister. Andrew met his wife, Nancy Hamilton
Large while he was in Anchorage, Alaska. Andrew and Nancy got married August
24, 1984. From Anchorage, Alaska they moved to Houston, Texas (Spring or
Tomball) Andrew served His Lord Jesus as the Youth Minister and Music Minister
at the North Oaks Baptist Church. They moved to Montgomery, Alabama to
serve at the Valley Park Baptist Church as the youth Minister and Music
Minister. It was in Montgomery, Alabama that their first born son was born,
Brandon Samuel Large. They then moved to Fort Worth, Texas to attend Southwestern
Baptist Theological Seminary. Andrew Large accepted the Minister to Youth
and College position at the Sunny Glen Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas.
The Trinity Baptist Church asked Andrew to serve Jesus as the Youth Minister
in Ft. Worth, Texas. While serving there Andrew and Nancy had a Daughter,
Brittany Anne Large. After Andrew earned a Masters of Divinity in 1991,
they moved to Jacksonville, Florida to serve their Lord Jesus at the Arlington
Baptist Church. While experiencing GodÕs moving of the Holy Spirit
in the youth group, they saw the birth of their last born male child, Carson
Joseph Large. They then made one more move, to Mililani, Hawaii. The Mililani
Baptist Church asked Andrew, Nancy, Brandon, Brittany, and Carson Large
to serve God as the Associate Pastor - Youth Minister ( Youth Pastor )
and College Minister ( College Pastor ) and Singles Minister ( Singles
Pastor ). Praise God for the many blessings He has given the Large's. May
Jesus receive Glory for all the ministries He has led us into.
