YOUTH MINISTRY PYRAMID
|
|||
| DEVELOP LEVEL
These students are those who have the commitment to be Discipled. Not only would they begin the youth version of Experiencing God, but they would have the commitment to complete it. They make every effort to get other teenagers in the youth group to attend youth group activities. |
MULTIPLIERS LEVEL
These students are those who have been committed to being discipled for awhile. They are at the place in their Christian walk where they are willing to not only be a "Timothy," but also a "Paul." These are the students who take the initiative to start a Bible Club on campus or in their neighborhood. They see the youth ministry at church as a tool to win people to Jesus. |
||
| GROW LEVEL
These students are those who have good motives for coming to church. They would be at a youth group Bible Study even if there is not going to be food! They ask insightful questions and enjoy talking about Jesus. |
DISCIPLE LEVEL
These students are those who have a desire to be discipled. These students make every effort to be at everything the youth group does. They see the events as a way to get closer to Jesus, not just closer to a group of friends. These are the students who would begin the youth version of Experiencing God . |
||
| COMMUNITY LEVEL
These students are those who know someone who goes to your church. They may sit with them in a class or play ball with them. These students are not necessarily members of your church. These students would also include those who are on your Sunday School roll but rarely come. |
COME LEVEL
These students are those who come to at least one youth group activity. They may be new Christians who are just learning what Christianity is all about. Some of these students may not necessarily come for the best of reasons. These students may include those whose parents make them come to Sunday School. |
