Improvements include Reading and Pronunciation Toolbars and links to online help. You can check the version you're currently using by viewing the HELP Read About Box. To upgrade, just follow the installation instructions and overwrite your present files. Note: any previous phonetic definitions in your custom.dic will not be overwritten.

HELP Read requires:

• Windows 3.1 or later
• At least 4MB RAM
• 2 MB hard disk space
• A sound card and speakers

Setup Instructions:

• Download ReadZip1.EXE (1.3 MB) from Hawaii
• Unzip ReadZip1.EXE into an empty folder, subdirectory, or disk.
• Run Setup.exe to install HELP Read on your system.
• To setup HELP Read as a "Helper App" for Netscape Navigator...

1. From Netscape, choose Options|General Preferences.
2. Choose the Helpers tab.
3. Click on "Create New Type".
4. For MIME Type enter "application" and for Subtype enter "BOK". Press OK.
   Note: previously we erroneously instructed users to enter "Book Script" as MIME Type. Please change this setting this setting to "application".
5. For File Extensions, enter "bok".
6. Check "Launch the Application" and enter the path or "browse" for HELP Read.exe file.
