Sharon's biography

Here you will find some general information about me, my work and the activities in which I am involved. I hope that the information and the links found here will be useful and interesting to you.

I retired from the Public Education System in Hawaii in June of 2000. I then taught at Assets School for one year. Click here to see a link to the web pages the students in my computer class created. I then taught at Lutheran High School for two years.. Here you can view a site for students in my Spanish class. I am currently a substitute teacher.

I spend a lot of time participating in activities at the First Baptist Church Honolulu. I have written out my testimony and established a mission statement based on my belief in God. Click on the church's CIC page to see one aspect of my work with the church. I am also involved in mission and evangelistic outreach efforts.

I participated in HERN in 1995, 1997, and 1998. You can click on the Boogie Board project to see my 1995 work, on the :"Fun with World Languages" page at the Dole ECELL project to see my work of 1997 and on "History in the Making" to see my 1998 project. In 1999-2000 I developed more web pages in conjunction with a technology course called Teethree. One of them is a resource page for teachers and another is a resource page for parents.

I have also established a history resource page for students of American history as well as pages for my Spanish students
